On this page any article or file that you have read or want to read will give you the option to either open it or save it to your computer in a reader friendly format called a PDF.  To download the file select the file right click the title of the file and select "save target as" or "save link as". This will open a location on your computer, usually your Documents folder, but you can navigate to any location and then select [save].  If you want to read it now just left click the title of the desired article.
